Sheriff Miller nominated White County Sheriff’s Office Enforcement Captain Kyle Toler and CID Lieutenant Detective Chancey Warden to attend the LEADER program at the Arkansas Criminal Justice Institute in Little Rock and they were selected to attend the one week instruction of several key note speakers and training.

The ARKANSAS LEADER program is designed for Chiefs, Sheriffs, and other upper-level management within a law enforcement agency and takes a multi-faceted, dynamic approach to leadership training and is designed to advance individual professional development and education that is transferable to their respective organizations and communities.

The ARKANSAS LEADER program is jointly sponsored by the Criminal Justice Institute and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI).
